Mary Scifres specializes in organizational growth, relational innovation, and leadership transformation. As a speaker, Mary helps groups recognize and explore possibilities for themselves and their ministry settings—reclaiming their purpose, refocusing their mission, strengthening their leaders, and achieving growth.
More than sixty churches and service organizations across the nation have turned to Mary for help navigating change, developing sustained growth, increasing operational giving, and fostering leadership development. Churches working with Mary as a coach or consultant this past year have grown their membership and participation by 17%, 10%, 8%, and 3%. Additionally, three churches not only balanced their budgets, but ended 2019 with reserves. Even the churches whose numbers did not improve experienced renewed enthusiasm, as they expanded the impact of their ministries in the community and created plans for growth in the coming year.
With Mary’s help and training from this conference, your church can look forward to your own stories of success by the end of 2020!
